Research Overview

Long COVID-19 has affected many individuals worldwide, especially young adults with pre-existing mental health challenges from racialized communities. Our study aims to understand how long COVID-19 impacts this group, including its effects on school, employment, daily life, and healthcare experiences. By gathering in-depth interviews from diverse participants, we hope to identify the challenges they face and explore potential solutions to improve healthcare and support. Our goal is to develop strategies and programs that address health disparities and enhance the quality of life for racialized youth experiencing long COVID-19, ultimately contributing to more equitable healthcare.
